How do I redeem a code/use my DOTZ?
Log in to your account and open the blue Rewards launcher in the bottom corner. Redeem DOTZ for a reward and copy the code. At checkout, paste it in the Gift card or discount code box and click Apply. Any remaining balance can be paid normally.
Do points (DOTZ) expire?
Yes - DOTZ expire annually. Keep earning or redeeming to stay active. We’ll email reminders before any DOTZ expire.
How do I join the VIP program?
Create a store account—joining is free. Click Sign Up / Log In, then open the Rewards launcher to start earning DOTZ instantly.
How do I earn DOTZ?

Can I stack a rewards code with other discounts?
Rewards codes are considered discount codes. Diamond Dotz® only allows one discount code per order unless a promotion says otherwise.
How do I check my DOTZ balance or history?
Log in and click the Rewards launcher, you’ll see your current DOTZ, tier, and activity history.
I don’t see the Rewards launcher—what should I do?
Try disabling browser extensions, clearing cache, or switching devices. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help restore access to your rewards.
